By accessing or using MuslimAIT (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by AppSage.

2. Description of Service

MuslimAIT is an AI-powered Islamic knowledge assistant that provides answers to questions about Islam based on verified sources including the Quran, authentic Hadith collections (Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim), and scholarly Q&A. The Service is available via web chat, Telegram bot, and developer API.

3. Important Disclaimer

MuslimAIT is an educational tool, not a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarship. The responses generated by MuslimAIT are AI-generated based on verified Islamic sources, but they should not be treated as religious rulings (fatawa). For personal religious rulings and guidance, always consult a qualified Islamic scholar or imam.

4. User Accounts

  • You may use the Service without an account (limited to 5 questions per day)
  • Creating an account requires a valid email address
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Spread misinformation about Islam or any religion
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to manipulate the AI to produce harmful or inappropriate content
  • Use the API in a way that exceeds your plan's rate limits
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Free & Paid Plans

  • Free Plan: 5 questions per day, no account required
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited questions, £3.99/month, requires account
  • API Plans: Various tiers available at muslimai.uk/developers
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Intellectual Property

Quranic text and Hadith are part of the Islamic heritage and are freely available. Scholarly Q&A content is sourced from publicly available Islamic educational resources. The MuslimAIT platform, branding, design, and AI system are the intellectual property of AppSage.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided by MuslimAIT. Always verify important religious guidance with a qualified scholar.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
