From Sahih Muslim (Hadith 7441):
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:0 Allah, provide for the, family of Muhammad their subsistence, and in the narration transmitted on the authority of 'Amr (the words are):" O Allah, provide us subsistence
